This is so awful and I will be praying for Australia, and especially for all of the Jewish community.

Come here Ely! I know you’re not a big fan of Trump, but I know he’s the best leader of the entire world and the best one the United States has ever had. Thank God he is a friend to Israel!

Just make sure you move to a Red state with good weather! You and your wife would probably love the Davis mountain area of Texas, high altitude, no humidity, winters aren’t real bad and summers are cooler than most of the United States. No hurricanes either.

Bellatrix, I can't get residency into the United States. I am an Israeli citizen so I could go there tomorrow. While uprooting at my age is a big deal, I would do it if things continue on the same trajectory. U.S. is also having problems. Look at the man set to becoming mayor of New York, an open racist.

Oh, I’m sorry to hear you can’t live here. We would love to have you here in Texas.

You’re right if that Devil gets in as mayor of New York City, that will be pretty much the end of it as we know it, My mother was born and raised in New York City in Forest Hills. She was so happy when Rudy Giuliani cleaned it up in the 90s, she so enjoyed going back to visit her family and felt safe. I wont go back. They treated Rudy Giuliani so terribly. I can’t believe there’s even a possibility much less a likelihood of that guy getting elected, it’s insane!

Actually Dallas, Texas is like my second home. We have rental properties in suburban Dallas. We were just there in May. I may have seen more of Texas over the years than Texas. First time I flew i to Dallas was in 1974 when I attended a chiropractic seminar.

We’ll be there again next May during tornado season. What city are you in?

I remember you telling us about your time in Texas and I'm glad to know you have got to spend a lot of time here! Unfortunately, we are in Houston a blue city with hurricanes, but my husband worked in the energy industry.... Until Obama ruined most of it now he's with the US Army Corp of engineers. We had owned 5 acres in the Davis mountains, but we sold that and now we have 5 acres in high rolls Mountain Park, New Mexico, which is really nice. If we get a place built there and y'all come back in the next three or four years we would love to have you visit with us.! I don't like the fact it's a blur state but it's so isolated there and most of the people in rural New Mexico are conservative thank God. As usual. It's just the big cities dragging everything down!

In May we flew into Houston from Japan. Last year we drove from Texas into New Mexico to Carsbad, then on to visit a distant cousin in Prescott, Arizona. From there visited friends in Utah then onward back east to Denver to catch up with other friends.

Sometimes it’s a small world. A friend of ours in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (who used to live in Perth) has a son in Houston so he invited us for dinner the night before we were flying out of Houston. Thank you for the invite.

Oh, that sounds like a wonderful trip! If you’re flying out of Houston again, next May, give us a heads up and even if we could just meet you at the airport if you don’t have much time.

Those were some great places that you visited. I hope you had good weather and a great time! I’m sure you did!
