Fascinating! I love learning about natural formations in the earth. Reminds me of this passage of scripture in Romans 1:

20For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, being understood by what has been made, so that they are without excuse. 21For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their reasonings, and their senseless hearts were darkened.”

Those who try to manipulate weather or the natural order are not giving honor due to God. There are consequences for them.

(Creation speaks of its maker, the way a building speaks of its architect or a painting speaks of its artist.)

Not to mention that they think they are more powerful than the universe that created them, hence they play God.

An interesting bit of geology there, but your figures didnt add up. You pretty much stated that the meteor that caused the Barringer Crater was a mile wide, but the plaque says that meteor was only 45meters across. A meteor a mile wide would have caused an extinction event. I thought the Tunguska explosion may have been caused by natural gas buildup, due to the way the trees were lying. Dead trees dont lie.

That was the main fragment meterorite that was found. Often when meteors strike the earth they fragment into pieces. Also because they hit the earth with such a high velocity explosive force, the crater formed is greater than the size of the meteor.

Your article says that the Holsinger meteorite fragment weighs 1600lbs, and is part of a 45m wide meteor. It is not rocket science to work out that a 45m wide meteor would weigh thousands of tons. So the original meteor cant have been 1600m wide.
