3 geographic areas... say India, Florida, Sweden (,if Sweden not in EU)or Brazil.

If police, prosecutors, judges are not hostile.

Crimes related to Nuremberg code, as close as you can get. simple, straightforward as you can get... law, Crimes and facts straightforward.

Get 1 or 2 convictions if possible. Throw pharma employees and collaborators into a panic, esp those that might now seek a deal.

Other cowardly prosecutors might be emboldened.

Sea change in attitude, world wide .

Next round, a media person, a politician.....

It was a brilliant, stunning move.... it shocked cops and criminals...

I think focusing on jurisdictions is key.... cops, prosecutors, judges and population in general knowledgeable and furious at them.

Certain countries have fought back... African, india..

Good stuff. I've just spent some sleepless nights over problems with a new primary care physician. You call it a protection racket. Here's the problem: There's little or no protection provided by the massive racket.

Universal jurisdiction.

A Spanish judge indicted South American tyrant and warrant served in England! 15 years ago. It worked

Not as sure if this was Universal jurisdiction:

Kissinger actually changed his travel plans because of something similar?
