My LG was made in Indonesia. Of course, we’re all suveilled today. We have become China. It doesn’t help when people like Biden, Tim Cook and Klauss Schwab are beholden to China; all praise while ignoring the values that western democracies hold dear. The real question is, do we hold those values anymore?

When Iimmigrated to Australia in 1980, we actually made TVs here. The west in it’s wisdom sought to outsource everything to China; thought we were smart. Well, as an Indonesian friend of mind—now deceased—would like to say, we in the West are stupid.

One thing to consider...in America, (until quite recently, and still, by law), if your Dad or Grandfather or Grandmother or any close relative commited a crime, you would not be held liable for it, even though you are related. Anyone seeking reparations for anything might keep this in mind. There is a good reason we set up that standard, legally. Without it, punishment for other's wrongdoing will never end. If your grandpa cheated someone, that is not on you, his grandchild. Or live in court, forever being punished for others crimes or debts for that matter.

About eight years ago I was invited to a Chinese-Australia Association Ball by a friend. It was interesting how all the Australian speakers were fawning about China. Follow the money.

Daniel Andrews is certainly pushing that one. Astonishing that he was reelected, either that was a huge cheat or news media (which were overwhelmingly for him) really can decide who's going to be the next Premier.

If you ask anyone "what is the WEF" you will, in 99% of cases, just get a blank stare. Unfortunately the majority electors are simple-minded followers of the herd. Such people do not look at what the person does but whether they like the person's image. A case in point is Trump. Many people just do not like him. What has that got to do with leadership? Another good article.

Performance is what counts. However, Trump's demeanor is not helping him. Its those 5-10% who would vote for someone other than Trump is why I doubt he will win. Rightly or wrongly, he is polarizing. Great policy, but DeSantis has the same policies but isn't fazed by media. He's not defensive. If Trump is the nominee I would want him to win. I personally don't have an ax to grind with him.

Android (I have one but it hardly ever goes out with me) is really not much better and firmly tied into the American security establishment.

I have an Android Oppo imitating an iPhone - the best all worlds (and bought because it was the cheapest smartphone on the market back when I bought it - that's how poor people make purchasing decisions).
