More Confirmation “Climate Crisis” Actors Are Moving Full Steam Ahead

A couple of weeks ago, I had a conversation with my son, and we got onto the subject of gasoline-powered cars versus electric. He told me he would never get an EV, and I responded that he may not have a choice in his lifetime, as the powers that be are taking us down that path.

Much like the tyranny of COVID-19, we have the same with Climate Change, and the global forces at work are relentless in pursuit of “saving the planet”. There’s an eerie similarity between saving your citizens from a viral pathogen and saving humanity from Climate Change.

In both cases, fear, manipulation and mandate behaviour are to get us to change. We literally have no choice. The target date is 2035. This is literally beyond our control. Governments are filing in line with what the globalist power brokers want. They created a crisis––catastrophic Climate Change––and few are pushing back against it.

I am a member of an on-road emergency services company called RACWA (Royal Automotive Club of West Australia), which prints a bimonthly magazine. I usually gloss over it because it is often filled with the trigger words of “climate change” and “sustainability”. However, in the most recent issue, an article by Ruth Callaghan caught my eye. The title of the article is Transitioning away from fuel.

The article opens with the following statement:

“The age of the internal combustion engine engine is sputtering to a close.”

That is a pretty emphatic statement. There is no questioning whether the internal combustion engine might end, but we need to be resigned to the fact that it’s a done deal.

Another interesting statement relates to China. We are rather stupid in the West.

“In China, home to more than half the world’s EVs, take-up is approaching 30 per cent of all new car sales.”

Australia has shelved its car industry, and we import cars like almost everything. From where else? China. If we’re going to go down the EV path, why don’t we do it here instead of importing these products from China? The answer is that it’s cheap. So now we see all these EVs flooding the roads in the Perth Metropolitan region. Most notable are the GWMs, which are selling like hotcakes. Teslas are everywhere here, but I suspect the Chinese will surpass the sale of Musk’s vehicle pretty soon.

“The first eight months of 2023 saw more EVs and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles sold in Australia than in the previous 12 years combined.”

In fact, in 2023, the best-selling non-SUV sedan in Australia was the Tesla. Despite reports of intractable fires erupting on Teslas and issues of recharging in country areas, the cars are all the rage.

Then, to confirm that you’re doing the right thing in saving the planet.

“Currently the life cycle greenhouse gas emissions of a battery EV are approximately 55% lower than in a comparable petrol vehicle.”

Some researchers contend there is a negligible difference between the overall emissions of an EV and a gas-powered car when you consider manufacturing and the extra draw on the electrical grid for EVs. Any argument to the contrary doesn’t see the light of day. Of course, the argument boils down to three things: Is CO2 actually a pollutant, are CO2 levels extreme and is there any relationship to the weather from the observed increase in CO2 levels? On all counts, some scientists say no:

• CO2 is vital for plant life.

• There have been much higher levels of CO2 aeons ago.

• The evidence that the climate is changing is scant.

None of the predictions of climate catastrophe have occurred.

“Western Power sees EVs as one way to help balance the soaring levels of solar power that is already generated each day in WA (West Australia), including by encouraging people with rooftop solar to charge vehicles at peak sun hours.”

The power company for the state of West Australia is concerned about overloading the grid because of all the people using solar panels. So now they want to further inconvenience people who own EVs to charge their vehicles during certain hours to draw down on the grid.

“Another concern is…how Australia will manage stockpiles of lithium-ion batteries that, if sent to landfill, could pose environmental impacts and health hazards if the toxic chemicals leak into our land and waterways and whether the world will have sufficient stores of lithium, cobalt and nickel to meet spiralling demand.”

Like many things in life, we are full speed ahead with new technology that we haven’t thought through; EVs have a certain lifespan, so how will we dispose of the materials? Oh, they’ll figure it out later. It’s the law of unintended consequences.

The Climate Change actors never stop. Now, they are pushing for Carbon Passports. This is an attempt to limit the amount of travel that you do. It’s somewhat analogous to the Covid restrictions and lockdowns. This is all driven by the WEF. Have you noticed the cost of airfares these days? 

Many people are in favour of this.

Britain now has a policy of taxing vehicles by mileage that don’t meet specific emission standards.

Meanwhile there are many scientists who have rejected the Cllimate Change agenda. They signed the There Is No Climate Change Emergency Declaration.

You won’t hear anything from these individuals because the government-media-complex controls the narrative. It sounds a lot like Covid. You can’t go off narrative.
