Executive Order 13887—Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States To Promote National Security and Public Health
September 19, 2019
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 301 of title 3, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Findings. (a) Influenza viruses are constantly changing as they circulate globally in humans and animals. Relatively minor changes in these viruses cause annual seasonal influenza outbreaks, which result in millions of illnesses, hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations, and tens of thousands of deaths each year in the United States. Periodically, new influenza A viruses emerge from animals, including birds and pigs, that can spread efficiently and have sustained transmission among humans. This situation is called an influenza pandemic (pandemic). Unlike seasonal influenza, a pandemic has the potential to spread rapidly around the globe, infect higher numbers of people, and cause high rates of illness and death in populations that lack prior immunity. While it is not possible to predict when or how frequently a pandemic may occur, there have been 4 pandemics in the last 100 years. The most devastating pandemic occurred in 1918–1919 and is estimated to have killed more than 50 million people worldwide, including 675,000 Americans.
(b) Vaccination is the most effective defense against influenza. Despite recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that nearly every American should receive the influenza vaccine annually, however, seasonal influenza vaccination levels in the United States have currently reached only about 45 percent of CDC goals.
I can understand that Trump was following the FDA’s recommendation. He may have believed it because the FDA is made up of experts, or so we have been led to believe. However, the assertion that vaccination is effective against the flu is false and debunked by the Midwestern Doctor in his substack article, which you can read at the end of this post. However, the FDA has its official line, and Trump isn’t a doctor, and he believes it.
Knowing what we know today about the disastrous COVID-19 vaccines, Trump still has not acknowledged the fact that they have caused immense death and injury. It can no longer be suppressed. Just the number of young athletes dying, especially males, is off the charts. The following comparison shows a 1700% increase in just 16 months of 2021-22 compared to official numbers for a list compiled for a 38 year period.

The media has been filled with reports of sudden deaths of young people. Ed Dowd wrote the book Died Suddenly, highlighting the deaths and disabilities coinciding with the vaccine rollout. Does Trump have no knowledge or awareness of this? Indeed, he must know. It’s all over the media. Even those who previously berated anti-vaxers are recognizing the damage done.
On the contrary, the last I heard, Trump didn’t even indicate that he was misled by the “experts” but took great pride in achieving Operation Warp Speed.
The question I have for those who are demanding accountability for those who promoted the vaccines––one of whom is Trump––is, how do you reconcile Trump’s position with the facts?
There are 3 possibilities:
Trump is so dumb; he has no idea that there is a problem with the vaccines. I don’t believe this for a minute.
Trump believes that to admit their failure, he would be held liable, and at the very least, if he acknowledged that, he would lose the election.
We know that Trump is a narcissist; therefore, he couldn’t come to admit any failure and how it would reflect on him.
People rationalize the situation by saying it doesn’t matter because Biden is so much worse as a President, and that is true. Biden has been a disaster on every front and an American embarrassment with his mental decline. Therefore, Trump gets a pass.
Many want the Covid tyrants, who imposed the disastrous policies prosecuted, including the vaccine manufacturers. How likely is that to happen if Trump wins the presidency? Based on what Trump has said and not said, the answer is no one will pay a price.
I know Trump would not have allowed a mandate forcing people to choose between not working to pay bills or taking this shot. And fewer people would have been harmed. I don’t think Any of your 3 choices are the case. I don’t think he knows the magnitude of the harms of these shots. He was played by the players like the rest of us. I’m just glad I saw that dark horse interview at the beginning of Covid with Weinstein Corey and I’m not remembering if Paul Merrick was on that interview. That coupled with Dale Bigtree’s football analogy of how these vaccines would work or more importantly, not work, convinced me to wait and watch and then decline the jab.
