USA Still In The Dark Ages With Respect To Vaccination And Travel

The assumption had been that as of May 11, because the Covid Emergency was ending, foreign travellers would no longer need to be vaccinated. Not so fast. In a new update the CDC is still requiring vaccination proof.

As I was scheduled to fly there at the end of May, I will likely have to re-route through Canada and then onward to Europe. It's incredible how backward America is. The rest of the world, including Australia and Canada, has dropped vaccine mandates for travellers.

The CDC keeps trotting out the safe and effective nonsense. They just don't get it. I should fly to Mexico, as some have suggested, and walk across the border into the U.S. I would not only be welcome, but they would even give me a mobile phone.

In today's America, you are rewarded if you don't play by the rules.
