Biden is a low IQ puppet with some form of senility or dementia. His whole administration is incompetent and extremely out of touch with most Americans. America has been in decline but that decline has greatly accelerated since Biden was installed in the oval office. Everything is worse.
Biden is not a serious man as far as leadership goes. He spends most of his time at his Delaware home playing with his dog. He appointed Kamala Harris as Vice President to do the heavy lifting - chosen for her skin color, gender & pretend brilliance. When you listen to her word salad public statements it is painfully obvious that she failed 'up". This shallow lightweight recently was asked to explain the Ukraine situation on a radio show. Kamala's explanation: “Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So, basically, that’s wrong.”
