This Canadian Poll Comparing Vaccinated Vs Unvaccinated Seems Counterintuitive

The image of unvaccinated people is one of whackos or extremists who engage in militant resistance in resisting authority. On the contrary, vaccinated individuals are considered compliant individuals who succumb to authoritarian rule. These people were often happy with the lockdowns and mask policies imposed during Covid.

A 2022 Canadian poll by Exos, reported in the Toronto Star, countered these views. 

From the poll, the more vaccinated people were, the more militant they appeared to be, not only overwhelmingly anti-Russian with sanctions but also wanting military action against Russia. The unvaccinated were much less anti-Russian. So the unvaxed were much more liberal and could look at both sides.

Particularly striking is that only 2% of the vaccinated didn’t want any action against Russia, while 52% of the unvaccinated opposed any such measure.

Meanwhile, the article—obviously with a left-wing slant—concluded that the unvaccinated succumbed to propaganda and disinformation concerning the vaccines and the Ukraine War. It never entered their ideological mindset that perhaps people were using some independent, critical thinking. We know now that the vaccines were a dangerous fraud and the Ukraine War was not solely precipitated by Russia.
