Did We Learn From It?

Over time, things change; but in another way, they never do.

It's been 45 years since the illness called Swine Flu entered the vocabulary. I was in my third year of practice in Canada, and I remember it well. Those who resided in places like Australia may not remember what happened because it was a uniquely American experience.

At the time, Gerald Ford was the U.S. President. At a military base in New Jersey called Fort Dix, an outbreak of a different sort of flu took place, and one soldier died. It was called Swine Flu, as the belief was that it was contracted from pigs.

Health authorities feared a pandemic similar to the Spanish Flu of 1918, so they rushed out a vaccine. Sound familiar?

Ultimately, almost 50 million Americans were vaccinated, but there never was a Swine Flu pandemic. There was, however, an outbreak in the thousands of a neurological disorder called Guillan-Barre Syndrome.

Here again, a vaccine was rushed out, and things didn't go well, similarly to what is happening with the Covid-19 vaccination program. The difference of course, is that today we have had a Covid pandemic.

In 1976, the CDC lied about the vaccine effectiveness and dangers, much as they do now. At least then, they did have the self-awareness to stop the program when deaths and neurological damage became apparent. Today, we have Anthony Fauci, for whom the word contrition is not in the English language.

What was different in the 1970s was that you had mainstream media that looked at all sides of issues; they were much more balanced and not ideological. You had real investigative journalists in the mainstream, such as Mike Wallace of the CBS's 60 Minutes Program.

Where are the Mike Wallaces of today? They are certainly no longer on mainstream media. Most have fled to alternative news sources.

To further demonstrate the terrible direction the health authorities have taken us today, we have an Australian Zoom call, featuring Dr Brian Tyson and Dr Tess Lawrie in the clip below.

Dr Tyson's clinical group has seen 6500 patients with Covid. Only five of the total died because they were treated late in the stage of the illness. This equates to a survival rate of 99.92%. Covid is easily treatable. Dr Tyson is also seeing many patients with adverse reactions to the injections.

Dr Lawrie is a medical doctor and researcher, and consultant to the World Health Organization. She knows her stuff, and she considers the vaccines unsafe.

While the CDC and media continue to lie about the effectiveness and safety of the vaccines, the reality is different. Many doctors and scientists know better than the spin from the media and government . The most significant danger to humanity is not the virus but government policies that have denied Covid patients early treatment, leading to hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths.

Those leaders need to be held accountable in the same way that others who engaged in experimental tests on humanity were.
