On July 5, I wrote about Trump Derangement Becoming Dangerous

It wasn't hard to be a prophet about an assassination attempt on Donald Trump. Many were expecting it. Still, it was shocking just the same.

On July 5, I wrote, Why Is There So Much Trump Derangement Syndrome? 

I made the following statements:

"Someone named Lea Delaria begs Joe Biden to assassinate Trump."

"There is a mass psychosis that is tipping over into psychopathy. It's not to be laughed at; it's becoming dangerous."

So it didn't take long after I put those words down that the attempt to assassinate Trump occurred. 

Trump is a very fortunate man. He came within a half inch of having a bullet blowing out his brains. While his lucky escape was terrible enough, if a headshot had killed him on live TV, the ramifications would have been horrific for America and the whole political structure.

There is something that the event confirmed for people everywhere. Whatever you think of Donald Trump, he showed himself to be a defiant presidential candidate, fist pumping in the air as the Secret Service tried to shield him from any further violence. He also showed himself to be a brave man. After all, after being shot with blood streaming from his ear, he chants, "Keep fighting" and asks for his shoes before he is led off. Trump showed himself to be a strong leader––no doubt about that––and the contrast between him and Biden couldn't be more different.

The real question now is, will the political class on the left and its allies in the media temper their divisive and hateful rhetoric? While they didn't pull the trigger, these individuals have incited so much hatred and vitriol towards Trump that it was bound to set off a deranged individual. 

The falsehood that Trump is an extremist, Hitler, or the devil himself is beyond the pale. As far as who threatens democracy? We know the answer to that. For many, the attempt to take out Trump will be seen as the end justifies the means. There is an element in America that will stop at nothing to take out Donald Trump, whether through the courts or, in some cases, by the bullet. However, retribution for Trump will be a victory in November and this incident only increases his odds of winning.
