Nothing “High” About the High Court Of Australia
In my opinion, the High Court of Australia is low, low, low. Not hearing a case to block the approval of an experimental product for babies and toddlers is unconscionable.
What was their excuse?
"Undertaking that task would unduly divert the Court from its principal functions."
This is what solicitor Gillespie stated: "The High Court of Australia is now being called upon to protect our youngest from participating in an acknowledged and ongoing Phase III clinical trial, to receive experimental drugs involving unprecedented levels of reported adverse events, including deaths ... for a virus also acknowledged to pose no threat to our babies and toddlers."

They have got to be joking! There has been lots to be sad about during the last 3 years, but this takes the cake. The highest court in the land is a sham.
So sorry to hear this. Very few places to escape the tyranny. The nightmare continues and worsens.
