Many Are Mourning A Great Covid Warrior
Yesterday, saw the passing of Dr Vladimir Zelenko, only 49, from a rare cancer. He was one of the first to actively treat Covid patients in early 2020. I first came across him when I was perplexed as to why no one was treating Covid patients until they got so severely ill that they were admitted to the hospital. This approach obviously led to many deaths, especially in the elderly.
Dr Zelenko was confronted with this grave situation with patients dying from Covid in his town of Monroe, New York. Zelenko was an orthodox Jew, and through his faith and research, he dared to implement an early treatment protocol, most notably the use of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), promoted by a French Professor, Didier Raoult. He also added zinc and Azithromycin. Patients started recovering, and almost no one ended up in hospital.
So Dr Zelenko, in his unassuming manner, sent a note to President Trump about the great benefits of HCQ. Remember when Trump mentioned it at a press conference? Well, all hell broke loose. Suddenly, Fauci and others, who knew about the beneficial qualities of HCQ, started trashing the product.
Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York imposed restrictions on pharmacists supplying the medication. This was the same Governor who put the elderly who were Covid positive back into nursing homes from the hospital, resulting in many deaths.
Before his death, Zelenko had successfully treated a few thousand patients succesfully, with only three deaths. Zelenko also stated that if everyone had access to these drugs, 85% of deaths would have been prevented.
Zelenko’s accomplishments:
Developed his own Covid treatment protocol
Designed a preventative product—Z-Stack—which I take regularly
Nominated for the Presidential Medal of Freedom
Published his findings in medical journals
Recognized as a hero at a U.S. Senate Homeland security meeting
Most importantly, he was a kind and compassionate doctor who rose to the occasion of saving patient lives.
What I liked best about Zelenko was how he was totally allergic to cant. I remember somebody mentioning to him how Bill Gates may not be acting with the best of intentions; Zelenko just calmly replied that Gates is a sociopath trying to control the world and he needs to be imprisoned. Zelenko had the same tone as if he were saying that 2 + 2 = 4.
I realized just yesterday that he was younger than me by 9 years. And that he was born in Kiev. So the current war obviously had some personal ties to him and his family and I am sorry that had to be the situation in his last days. It also made me think, what he did with his years and what I am doing with mine. Prayers and love.
