Excellent article from Jeffrey A. Tucker of the Brownstone Institute. It’s an excellent summation of the war on Covid.
When Nearly All Governments in the World Met Their Match
Here is a excerpt:
“In the civic mythology, the second world war was ended by a weapon of mass destruction, the nuclear bomb. And so too was the war on terror won by drone strikes and invasions of other countries that wiped out terrorist leaders. Mass violence in both cases was the answer.
This paradigm carried over to the War on Covid, as governments and industry partners got to work on the end game and exit strategy: mass inoculation of the population. Resistance to that ambition was met with mass firings and unprecedented labor market disruption.
And what was the result? The virus won the day, hands down. But do we hear apologies?”

Not only that, but we are still paying for it, and will be for years to come.
The health costs of the lockdowns and jab mandates are incalculable - but the economic costs are slowly becoming apparent, in massive inflation.
Because how do countries - even rich countries - pay for all the PCR tests, the appeasement money, the vials of pharmaceuticals?
Debt. Money Printing.
Not many people are making that connection explicitly, but it's obvious once you see it.
I've often had this thought and believe if Covid was a war, we lost. The compliancy for measures that made no medical sense, with zero research from power hungry politicians that increased harm was on steroids. It was shocking to see people driving alone in cars double masked with face shield. I had folks tell me they loved Covid, lockdowns and getting free money.
I expected a little more from my fellow humans, but...now see resistance. I am proud to see my coworkers declining the shots and admit they were deceived (not an easy thing to do). Some were understandably frightened and bowed to the immense pressure that was dished. Slowly we're coming together to face this horrid mess.
Thank-you for this post and hoping the resistance grows!
